Vegas Strip Suites is an owner-operated collection of six private studio suites inside Vdara Hotel & Spa — one of the only smoke-free hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and the address Bellagio and ARIA share. We list on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia and Google Vacation Rentals, but you'll always pay less booking with us directly.

Travel platforms charge service fees, cleaning markups and currency conversion fees that can add 12% to 22% on top of the nightly rate. When you book at vegasstripsuites.com you pay the same nightly rate we charge those platforms, without the fee stack — saving up to 20% on a typical stay.

Each of our six suites is a Vdara Studio Suite, between 567 and 631 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and the same MGM-managed front-desk, valet, security, housekeeping and concierge service as any other Vdara guest. The Vdara towers were redesigned in 2023 and 2024 — all of our units were refreshed during that renovation cycle.

Views vary by unit. Some suites face the Bellagio fountains and the central Strip. Others face the High Roller and the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas. Several have desert and mountain views west of the Strip. Each listing page shows the exact view from that unit's window.

Vdara sits between Bellagio and ARIA, two blocks back from the Strip, with covered walkways to both. Because Vdara is non-gaming, there's no casino noise, no smoke and no slot floor between the lobby and the elevators — just a quiet residential lobby. You're a ten-minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and a five-minute walk from the Bellagio fountains. Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the Sphere and most Strip casinos are inside a fifteen-minute walk or two-stop monorail ride.

Vegas Strip Suites is operated by Spring Mountain Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company headquartered in Las Vegas. We're a small family-run operation, not a corporate property manager — every booking is personally reviewed by the host, and every guest can reach the host directly by phone or text.

We've been hosting at Vdara since 2023 and have served over 2,600 guests across our six suites. On Airbnb we hold Superhost status with a portfolio rating average of 4.78 out of 5 across all six units; on VRBO we hold Premier Host status; on Booking.com we are a Genius Partner property. Our average guest response time across all channels is under one hour.

Booking with us is the same as booking with the hotel — Vdara front desk treats Vegas Strip Suites guests identically to any other Vdara guest — except that the suite has been individually furnished, the rate is lower, and the host responds personally.

Is this the same as booking the hotel?
You're booking a privately owned suite inside Vdara Hotel & Spa. Check-in happens at the Vdara front desk just like any other guest. Front-desk, housekeeping, valet, concierge and security are the same Vdara and MGM staff.

How much do I really save versus Airbnb or Booking.com?
We match the nightly rate we publish on the OTAs, but you skip the OTA service fee and currency conversion fee. On a typical three-night stay that's usually 12% to 20% off the total. Longer stays save more because the percentage fees compound on each night.

What if I have a problem during my stay?

Can I check in early or check out late?
Standard Vdara check-in is 3:00 PM, checkout is 11:00 AM. We accommodate early check-in and late checkout whenever the calendar allows — just ask the host directly.

Do you allow pets?
Yes. Vdara is pet-friendly and accommodates dogs up to 70 lbs. A pet fee applies and is charged by Vdara at check-in.

Is parking included?
Yes — complimentary valet parking is included with every stay.

Are there resort fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
